Graham graduated from the University of Cape Town and completed his accountancy articles with Ernst & Whinney. After leaving the audit profession, Graham successfully founded , developed and managed a niche recruitment consultancy which became a recognised leader in its field. He has been in the financial recruitment industry since 1980, and built up a reputation of providing a superior, results orientated service with a strong emphasis on personal action and interaction

Margi Taylor
Margi was the founding member and the Managing Director of MTA Medical Recruitment - a leading independent recruitment company with offices in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. She has over 20 years related industry experience with an extensive network of clients both in South Africa and internationally. Margi actively participated in the Exco of APSO (Association of Personnel Services Organisation) and has served on the judge's panel for the Business Woman of the Year award since 1995. She is a past president of the Executive Woman's Club of South Africa and was recently invited to attend the young Entrepreneurs of the World conference in New York.

Kim Urban
Born and educated in South Africa, Kim, who having worked in Clinical healthcare for over 20 years, is a Professional Nurse and Midwife. She became involved in the recruitment of healthcare professionals in 1995 as the Recruitment Manager for an international agency. Kim joined the staff of MTA Medical as a recruitment consultant in their medical division.She completed her Diploma in Personnel Management in 1997 and is currently completing a BA Industrial Psychology.

Helen Nikiforakis
Helen joined MTA Medical in October 1998 from working in local recruitment for over 10 years. MTA Medical offered her a new challenge in the international recruitment market. She has developed a wealth of experience and knowledge in recruiting for both the Middle East and the United Kingdom. She is able to give her candidates up to date information on working conditions and cultural adjustments. She guides her candidates through the recruitment process and regularly keeps in touch with her candidates once they have travelled. Her caring and personal attention ensures that her candidates always come back to her for further job opportunities once they have completed their contracts.
